Brewprint Coffee — Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale


  1.  Applicability
    These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to all transactions with Brewprint Coffee.The Client expressly waives any conflicting or additional terms, even if communicated after these Terms, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Brewprint Coffee.

  2.  Payment Terms

  3. All invoices are payable within 21 working days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Failure to make payment by the due date will result in:

    • A late interest charge of 10% on the outstanding amount; and

    • Brewprint Coffee reserving the right to suspend all services immediately without prior notice.



  5. Debt Recovery

  6. If payment remains outstanding beyond 60 days from the due date:

    1. • Brewprint Coffee reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency;
    2. • The Client shall be fully responsible for all legal, administrative, and recovery costs incurred.

  8.  Taxes & Withholding

  9. Where applicable, any withholding tax or similar deductions imposed by the Client’s country:

    1. • Shall be borne entirely by the Client;
    2. • Must not reduce the amount payable to Brewprint Coffee.
  10. All invoices must be settled in full, free of deductions related to local tax regulations.

  12.  Service Obligations

  13. Brewprint Coffee commits to delivering services:

    1. • With reasonable care, professionalism, and timeliness, in accordance with agreed timelines.


  14. However:
    • All obligations are best-effort obligations, not guarantees of specific outcomes;
    • Brewprint Coffee shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  15. • Brewprint Coffee shall not be required to participate as a third party in any claims made by end consumers against the Client.


  17. Claims & Disputes

  18.  Any claims must:

    1. • Be submitted in writing within 8 days of delivery of goods or completion of services;

    2. • Be sent via registered mail to Brewprint Coffee.

  19. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the goods/services without reservation.


  21. Governing Law
  22.  All contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Singapore.
